Saul has a strong preference for and high level of proficiency with free/open source tools but will use and has learned several closed source applications and languages.

He eats HTML and CSS for breakfast and programs in PHP, PERL, Javascript, and SQL. He also has experience using Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL relational databases.
